We helped the Agency to streamline their internal and external communication. Previously, all operating organisations had their own identity, which resulted in a loss of coherence and overview. The organisation had been in a transitional phase because different departments were brought together in one agency.
Our first task was to restructure and refine the brand. Furthermore, we helped with the company's positioning and their overall image. Later, we brought everything together into a comprehensive and workable brand book.
