Immodôme was founded in 2014 by Isabel De Laet. From the very beginning we have been working on their brand identity. Through intensive collaboration with Immodôme’s passionate team, we have steadily helped to strengthen their position as a unique newly born in the Antwerp real estate market. Immodôme became the new standard within the real estate sector for homes with personality.

In 2019 we created a new website for Immodôme. We further developed the website we built in 2014. Not only was the front-end completely revised, but we also connected our own Content Management System (CMS) to control the back-end. Besides the team, the website is the engine of the company.  

Personal account

Website visitors can easily create a personal account to manage their favourite properties or specify their search criteria. In order for the visitor to be able to access the personal favourites on all his devices, his favourites are stored in his personal account. The creation of personal accounts is verified by an automatically sent activation email.

Real estate software

We built the Content Management System (CMS) in such a way that there is a live connection between the client’s real estate software package and the website. The data is automatically synchronized locally every half an hour and is immediately available online. The local data copy speeds up the website, reduces overhead connections and keeps the site online in case the external real estate software package would be offline.

Moreover, the synchronised data can be overruled by Immodôme in the CMS in case they want to show other information to the website visitors than the data in their software package.

The design of the logo was kept simple, put in capitals from the house style letter ‘Gotham’ with the ‘dôme’ (dome) on top of the ‘O’. The arch stands for security. The baseline ‘Homes with personality’ that you can find underneath the logo, ensures that the brand evokes the right associations: at Immodôme you do not buy a brick house but a house with a soul.

Immodôme is much more than your basic real estate agent. The company was born out of the passion for architecture of its founder Isabel De Laet and the joy of matching people with their dream home. The love for architecture resulted in the DômeEvents, organised by Immodôme a few times a year.
