Brand name
When we were asked to think about a suitable name for this new review platform, numerous names crossed our minds. We narrowed the options down to one name that was distinctive, rememberable, referring to all performance arts and of course catchy… in short ‘Pzazz’.
Typography

Alverata is the typeface of the identity. Alverata is a twenty-first-century typeface whose design is inspired by capitals in inscriptions from the Romanesque period (c. 1000–1200). Alverata performs beautifully in both digital and physical applications, delivering excellent openness and legibility in small text and proving lively and attractive at large sizes. Designed by Gerard Unger and released in 2014.

Colours

We have put together a pallet of green, yellow and blue and visualized it with animated gradient background colors. 

Webdesign

Renowned Belgian writer and reviewer Pieter T’Jonck came to us with his idea to make a review website for performance arts. A website that gives upcoming writers the opportunity to write reviews under the supervision of experienced reviewers. We thought about it, joined forces and build him pzazz.theater.
